RESOLUTION NO. 2025-60 – A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUND BY APPROPRIATING $250,000 FROM FUND RESERVES WHEREAS, the Police Department desires to purchase Laser 10 Less Lethal Electronic Control Device from Axon Enterprise, Inc.; WHEREAS, an appropriation of $250,000 from the Equipment Replacement Fund reserves is needed for the first installment for the purchase of the above equipment; WHEREAS, the authority to amend the FY 2024-25 Operating budget in the amount of $250,000 is vested with the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona, California, as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Council amends the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 City Operating Budget for the Equipment Replacement Fund to appropriate the following:

SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify the passage and adoption of this resolution, and it shall thereupon be in full force and effect.
