NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ESTABLISH AN UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT ON LEXINGTON AVENUE FROM PARK AVENUE TO GAREY AVENUE AND ON PARK AVENUE FROM FRANKLIN AVENUE TO LEXINGTON AVENUE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of Pomona, County of Los Angeles, State of California, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING regarding the establishment of an underground utility district, in the City of Pomona, California regarding the establishment of Underground Utility District No. 1 along Lexington Avenue from Park Avenue to Garey Avenue, and if funds allow, along Park Avenue from Franklin Avenue to Lexington Avenue.
Any and all persons interested in or objecting to the underground utility district may appear before the City Council and there show cause why the proposed district should not be carried out.
All persons interested in the proposed vacation may be heard at the following date, hour and place:
