RESOLUTION NO. 2025-101
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA TO AMEND THE FY 2025-26 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING $30,000 OF AVAILABLE DISTRICT 6 CIP CARRYOVER DISCRETIONARY FUNDS TO “TED GREENE PARK RESTROOM RENOVATIONS,” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-71121 WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make renovations to the restrooms at Ted Greene Park; and WHEREAS, the City desires to amend the FY 2025-26 CIP Budget by adding $30,000 of District 6 CIP Discretionary funding to “Ted Greene Park Restroom Renovations,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71121.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2025-26 CIP Budget by appropriating $30,000 from District 6 CIP Carryover Discretionary funds (418-1302-89987-72106, 428-2590-80721-71121 and 428-2590-66196-71121) to “Ted Greene Park Restroom Renovations,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71121.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
