RESOLUTION NO. 2025-113
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE AMENDMENT OF THE FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2025-26 CITY OPERATING BUDGET BY INCREASING/DECREASING REVENUE ESTIMATES AND APPROPRIATIONS IN HEALTHY HOMES PRODUCTION GRANT PROGRAM (HHPG) AND HOME-AMERICAN RECOVERY PROGRAM (HOME-ARP) FUNDS WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the FY 2025-26 Adopted Operating Budget for HHPG and HOME-ARP funds; and WHEREAS, the City Council must find the amendments made will reflect updated grant awards from the U.S Department of Housing; and WHEREAS, based on the foregoing, the City Council desires to allocate the program funds to increase/decrease revenues to match appropriated expenditures.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2025-26 City Operating Budget by increasing/decreasing revenue estimates and appropriate/ unappropriate funding as follows:
