Dear Mr. Michael Ellis,
Al & Son’s Towing, Inc., has found it necessary to have an upward price increase on all towing and roadside services provided. We are requesting to increase our prices due to the current impact and drastic cost throughout the country. As well as required laws that must be met to continue services in the State of California.
Reasons to follow:
- Due to the increase in our Annual Insurance Premium
- Increase in the Workers’ Compensation Insurance
- Cost of fuel increase
- Increase of maintenance cost and hazardous materials
- Salary increase
We have purchased 4 new tow trucks to provide service and stay in compliance with the California Air Resources Board (CARB) and emission standards under the Federal Clean Air Act.
With the current satisfactory service, Al & Son’s Towing, Inc., desires to extend the existing contract an additional 3-years.
