riting this letter on behalf of S&J Towing Service, Inc. to formally request that our Tow Franchise Agreement be extended an additional three years, the maximum extension period allowed in our current agreement under SECTION 2.B.
In addit
ion to requesting an extension we would also like to request a rate increase that reflects the current CHP approved maximum tow and storage rates which I have attached for your review.
