A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2025-26 CIP BUDGET BY INCREASING APPROPRIATIONS BY A TOTAL OF $30,000 FROM THE SEWER FUND TO THE WORKTAG: PROJECT 86022 - SEWER PIPELINE REPLACEMENT – CITYWIDE (PHASE IV) WHEREAS, the City Council has prescribed the authority by Charter of the City of Pomona to adopt and amend the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) budgets; WHEREAS, the City desires to appropriate Sewer Funds in the amount of $30,000 into the Worktag: Project 86022 - Sewer Pipeline Replacement – Citywide (Phase IV).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby amends the FY 2025-26 CIP budget, by appropriating $30,000 of Sewer fund balance (FD581 CC2565) to Worktag: Project 86022 - Sewer Pipeline Replacement – Citywide (Phase IV).
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
