RESOLUTION NO. 2026-17
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DONATION OF $1,965 FROM COUNCILMEMBER LUSTRO (DISTRICT 5) AND AMENDING THE FY 2025-26 OPERATING BUDGET TO INCREASE REVENUE ESTIMATES BY $1,965 AND APPROPRIATE THE FUNDS TO FD101, GENERAL FUND | CC2562, PAINT AND SIGN | CONTROLLABLE CONTRACT SERVICES FOR THE RESTRIPING OF COUNTRY CROSSINGS PARK PARKING LOT.
WHEREAS, the City of Pomona has received a donation of $1,965 from District 5 Councilmember Steve Lustro; WHEREAS, Councilmember Lustro has donated the funds to be utilized to restripe the parking lot at Country Crossings Park; and WHEREAS, the authority to amend the FY 2025-26 Operating Budget to accept the donation and to authorize the expenditure for the restriping in the amount of $1,965 is vested with the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Council hereby amends the FY 2025-26 Operating Budget by increasing revenue estimates (FD101, General Fund | CC2562, Paint and Sign | Donations) and a corresponding appropriation (FD101, General Fund | CC2562, Paint and Sign | Controllable Contracts) in the amount of $1,965.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
