RESOLUTION NO. 2026-25
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, TO AMEND THE FY 2025-26 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY ACCEPTING, INCREASING REVENUE ESTIMATES AND APPROPRIATING A DONATION OF $10,000 TO WORKTAG: PROJECT 71114 COMMUNITY GARDEN, FD428, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) | CC2590 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) | RC087 DONATIONS WHEREAS, the City has an existing project, “Community Garden,” FD428, Capital Improvement Program (CIP) | CC2590 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) | Project No. 71114 to provide for a space at 192 E. Center Street in Pomona; and WHEREAS, additional funding was needed to provide for the wood and materials to construct the individual garden beds; and WHEREAS, God’s Pantry provided a $10,000 donation to the Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2025-26 CIP Budget by accepting, increasing revenue estimates and appropriating a $10,000 donation to Worktag: Project 71114 Community Garden, (FD428) Capital Improvement Program (CIP) | CC2590 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) | RCO87 Donations.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
