A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, TO AMEND THE FY 2025-26 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING $286,133 OF PERMANENT LOCAL HOUSING ALLOCATION (PLHA) PROGRAM FUNDS TO “252 e. 4th st. major rehabilitation,” FD215 Grant-Miscellaneous | CC1791 Community Development | GR42206-PERMANENT LOCAL HOUSING ALLOCATION (PLHA)-252 E. 4TH STREET | PROJECT 71210 252 E. 4TH STREET MAJOR REHABILITATION WHEREAS, the City Council desires to provide additional funding for the rehabilitation of the 252 E. 4th Street Major Rehabilitation project; and WHEREAS, $286,133 of PLHA funding is available and has been approved by the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) to fund the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the (FY) 2025-26 Operating Budget by unappropriating $286,133 of PLHA funding from FD215-CC1791-Cntrt Svcs-GR42206.
SECTION 2. The City Council amends the FY 2025-26 CIP Budget by appropriating $286,133 of PLHA funds to “252 E. 4th Street Major Rehabilitation,” FD215 Grant-Miscellaneous | CC1791 Community Development | GR42206 Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA)-252 E. 4th Street | Project 71210 252 E. 4th Street Major Rehabilitation SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
