RESOLUTION NO. 2026-47
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, TO AMEND THE FY 2025-26 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING $140,000 OF AVAILABLE CIP PROJECT FUND RESERVES (RESTITUTION/SETTLEMENT FUNDS) TO “CITY FACILITIES – ROOF REPLACEMENTS AND REPAIRS,” FD428, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) | CC2590 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) | WORKTAG: PROJECT 71059 WHEREAS, the City Council desires to provide additional funding for additional improvements, as part of “City Facilities Roof Replacements and Repairs,” FD428, Capital Improvement Program (CIP) | CC2590 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) | Worktag: Project 71059; and WHEREAS, a portion of CIP Project Fund Reserves is available to appropriate for the purposes of providing roof replacements at City facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2025-26 CIP Budget by appropriating $140,000 of available FD428 CIP Project Fund Reserves (Restitution/Settlement Funds) (FD428) Capital Improvement Program (CIP) | CC2590 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) | Restitution/Settlement Funds RC083| PG107 DR, to “City Facilities Roof Replacement and Repairs,” FD428, Capital Improvement Program (CIP) | CC2590 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) | Restitution/Settlement Funds RC083 CR | Worktag: Project 71059.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
