RESOLUTION NO. 2026-63
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, TO AMEND THE FY 2025-26 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) Budget by closing completed projects, and releasing and/or reappropriating $529,304.28 OF UNEXPENDED FUNDS WHEREAS, the projects listed in the attached “Exhibit A, Section 1” are included in the FY 2025-26 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) budget; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to close 12 completed/canceled CIP Projects and release the unexpended funds totaling $529,304.28 and reappropriate $215,709.48 of these funds, as detailed in the attached “Exhibit A- Sections 1 and 2.” NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Council amends the FY 2025-26 CIP Budget by closing the 12 CIP Projects, as listed in “Exhibit A,” Section 1, attached hereto, and releasing/unappropriating $529,304.28 of unexpended funds and reappropriating $215,709.48 as detailed in “Exhibit A - Section 2”.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
