tion 1120.C. “Public Hearing Notices” and Section 1190.B. “Designation of Local Historic Landmarks, Districts, and Points of Historical Interests” of the Pomona Zoning and Development Code, requires the City notify property owners of a potential historic designation 30 days prior to the hearing. T his letter serves as that formal notification.

ease note, pursuant to Section 1190.B.7. “Owner Objection to Designation” of the Pomona Zoning and Development Code, the property owner can object to the proposed historic designation. Owner objections may occur in writing or verbally at the public hearing.
