A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2026-27 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY ACCEPTING, INCREASING REVENUE ESTIMATES BY $41,636 AND APPROPRIATING $337,011, OF WHICH $41,636 COMES FROM THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS (SCAG) GRANT FUNDS, AND $295,375 COMES FROM CANNABIS COMMUNITY BENEFIT FUNDS (STIIZY) TO “COMPLETE STREETS QUICK-BUILD - PARK AVENUE AND ORANGE GROVE AVENUE,” FD428 CIP PROJECT FUND | CC2590 CIP | PROJECT NO. 68601 WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the FY 2026-27 CIP Budget to accept and increase revenues and appropriate $41,636 of SCAG Grant Funds to “Complete Streets Quick-Build - Park Avenue and Orange Grove Avenue,” FD428 CIP Project Fund | CC2590 CIP | Project No 68601; WHEREAS, The City Council desires to amend the FY 2026-27 CIP Budget to appropriate $295,375 of the Cannabis Community Benefit Funds (Stiizy) to “Complete Streets Quick-Build - Park Avenue and Orange Grove Avenue,” FD428 CIP Project Fund | CC2590 CIP | Project No. 68601.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2026-27 CIP Budget by accepting and increasing revenue estimates and appropriating $41,636 of SCAG Grant Funds to the “Complete Streets Quick-Build - Park Avenue and Orange Grove Avenue,” FD215 Miscellaneous Grants | RC180 State Grant | CC2590 CIP | Project No. 68601 | GR68601.
SECTION 2. The City Council appropriates $295,375 of the Cannabis Community Benefit Funds (Stiizy) PG051 to the “Complete Streets Quick-Build - Park Avenue and Orange Grove Avenue,” FD144 Cannabis Community Benefit Fund | CC2590 CIP | Project No 68601.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
