RESOLUTION NO. 2026-96 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, TO AMEND THE FY 2026-27 OPERATING BUDGET FOR PERMIT SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT / UPGRADE FUND (FD431) TO INCREASE APPROPRIATIONS IN THE AMOUNT OF $60,000 FOR ENTERPRISE PERMIT SOFTWARE RENEWAL WHEREAS, the City Council is prescribed the authority, by Charter of the City of Pomona, to approve amendments to the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Operating budget; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires for the Permit System to remain in support with access to system enhancements and upgrades.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2026-27 Operating Budget by increasing appropriation by $60,000 for the Operating Budget (FD431 Permit System Improvement Upgrade | CC1712 Planning | IT/Automation//Software-Maintenance).
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
