GIS REPORTS
Maintenance Records
Accurate maintenance records for each location are a valuable resource in supporting the Agency’s position in potential liability claims. A comprehensive history of completed work reflects a proactive and responsible approach to urban forest management. To ensure the integrity of the tree inventory data, it is essential that all work requests are generated from the system prior to the commencement of any work. Failure to do so may compromise the accuracy of maintenance records.

Species Frequency Report
The Species Frequency Report provides your
Agency with critical insights into the composition
of the urban forest, helping to identify the
distribution and prevalence of tree species. This
data is particularly valuable for assessing
potential risks associated with insect infestations,
disease outbreaks, and forecasting future
maintenance costs. Additionally, the report
allows for historical analysis of specific species
performance within your Agency’s jurisdiction,
supporting more informed decision-making and
long-term urban forestry planning.

Tiger Tree Services will coordinate with Agency personnel, other contractors, utility providers, street sweeping services, and relevant parties, granting access to the project area as needed. This collaborative approach is intended to minimize disruptions and ensure the efficient execution of daily operations.

Project Site Maintenance
At the conclusion of each workday, the job site will be thoroughly cleared of all debris. Tiger Tree Services will ensure that no smoke, dust, or other airborne contaminants are released in quantities that would violate regulations set forth by any applicable regulatory authority.

Tiger Tree Services will obtain a City Business License, as required, along with any applicable ‘no-fee’ permits prior to the start of work. Any permits involving associated fees such as encroachment or traffic control will be procured and the costs reimbursed by the Agency.

Right-of-Way
All work will be conducted within the public right-of-way. Under no circumstances shall employees access private property for meals, breaks, or any other purpose, nor shall they utilize water or electricity from such property, without obtaining prior written consent from the property owner.

Cooperation and Collateral Work
The integration of modern, reliable communication systems enhances our daily operations by significantly improving efficiency. Both management and field personnel utilize smartphones for navigation and real-time communication in the field. These devices also serve as practical tools for inputting data related to tree inventories, daily work logs, timesheets, photographic documentation, and billing in formation. This digital approach eliminates the need for handwritten records and strengthens customer service by reducing response times and streamlining workflow.

Permits and Licensing
Upon receiving approval from Agency staff, Tiger Tree Services will distribute door hanger notifications to residents 24–48 hours prior to the start of grid pruning operations. Following tree plantings, additional door hangers will be provided with care instructions for the newly planted trees. For broader community engagement, Tiger Tree Services can also issue a press release for special projects or routine maintenance activities. The Agency reserves the right to modify notification procedures and outreach materials as needed.
