A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, TO AMEND THE FY 2026-27 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING $47,250 OF WATER FUND RESERVES (FD571, WATER OPERATIONS | CC1410, INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGY), $20,250 OF SEWER FUND RESERVES (FD581, SEWER OPERATIONS | CC1410, INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGY), AND $202,500 OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT FUND RESERVES (FD428 CIP PROJECT FUND | CC2590 CIP | SC263 TRANSFER TO CIP | PG107 CIP PROJ FUND RESERVES) TO “FINANCIAL SOFTWARE PROJECT” (FD428, CIP PROJECT FUND | CC1410, INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGY | RC114 TRANSFER FROM OTHER FUNDS | WORKTAG: PROJECT 71048).
WHEREAS, the City Council is prescribed the authority, by Charter of the City of Pomona, to approve amendments to the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) budget; WHEREAS, the City Council desires for the Financial Software Project implementation of the new ERP system to have an expanded scope of work to address unique processes and new regulations; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2026-27 CIP Budget by appropriating $47,250 of Water Fund Reserves (FD571 CC1410, Project 71048), $20,250 of Sewer Fund Reserves (FD581, CC1410, Project 71048), and $202,500 of CIP Fund Reserves (FD428, CC2590, SC263, PG107) to the CIP Project for “Financial Software Project” (FD428 CIP Project Fund | CC1410 CIP | RC114 Transfer from Other Funds | Worktag: Project 71048); and SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
