A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2026-27 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUE ESTIMATES AND APPROPRIATIONS BY A TOTAL OF $226,000 OF SURFACE TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM – LOCAL (STP-L) GRANT FUNDING TO “STREET REHABILITATION – DISTRICTS 2 AND 3,” PHASE I, FEDERAL PROJECT NUMBER STPL-5070(044), FD215 MISC GRANT FUND | CC2590 CIP | RC177 GRANT - FEDERAL | PROJECT NO. 67935 | GRANT ID GR67935 WHEREAS, the City desires to amend the FY 2026-27 CIP Budget by increasing revenue estimates and appropriations by $226,000 of STP-L grant funding and appropriating this funding to “Street Rehabilitation - Districts 2 & 3” - Phase I, Federal Project No. STPL-5070(044), FD215, Misc Grant Fund | CC2590 CIP | RC177 Grant – Federal | Project No. 67935 | Grant ID GR67935.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends the FY 2026-27 CIP Budget by increasing revenue estimates and receiving and appropriating $226,000 of STP-L grant funding and appropriating this funding to “Street Rehabilitation - Districts 2 & 3,” - Phase I, Federal Project No. STPL-5070(044), FD215, Misc Grant Fund | CC2590 CIP | RC177 Grant – Federal | Project No. 67935 | Grant ID GR67935.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
