A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2026-27 WATERSHED FUND BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUE ESTIMATES BY $211,008 OF WHICH $205,371 TO WATERSHED FUND FD592 | WATERSHED DEPARTMENT, CC8131 | 45000 OTHER REVENUES | PROJECT PROGRAM REVENUE AND $5,637 TO WATERSHED FUND FD592 | WATERSHED DEPARTMENT, CC8131 | 44000 LICENSES, PERMITS, FEES | ADMINISTRATIVE PROGRAM FEE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Pomona City Charter, amendments to the adopted FY 2026-27 Operating Budget require approval by City Council Resolution; and WHEREAS, as allowed by the City’s Charter, the recommended actions will authorize amending estimated revenues in the amount of $211,008.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pomona as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby amends the Fiscal Year 2026-27 estimated revenues increasing by $211,008, consisting of $205,371 to Watershed Fund, FD592 | Watershed Department, CC8131 | 45000 Other Revenues | Project Program Revenue and $5,637 to Watershed Fund, FD592 | Watershed Department, CC8131 | 44000 Licenses, Permits, Fees | Administrative Program shown in table 1.

SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
