Project Description: Remove existing soccer fields that are beyond their useful life, and replace with new soccer fields, base, drainage, irrigation, and modified lighting and modified field netting with poles. Also, as funds allow and as additive alternate work, remodel restrooms, decomposed granite surfacing areas, benches, and drinking fountains. Soccer fields are to be re-configured in coordination with the planned SR-71 Phase 2 Highway to Freeway Conversion project.
