FISCAL YEAR 2026-27 FUNDING ALLOCATIONS FOR
ELDERLY NUTRITION PROGRAM SERVICES
Dear Ms. Scott:
County of Los Angeles Aging & Disabilities Department (County) intends to amend City of Pomona (Subrecipient’s) Elderly Nutrition Program (ENP) Subaward. The Subaward Amendment information is outlined below:
• Purpose:
o Subrecipient will utilize Older Americans Act (OAA) Title III C1, baseline funding to provide defined and contracted
ENP Congregate Meal during Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-27.
o Subrecipient will utilize Net County Cost (NCC) funding to provide defined and contracted ENP Congregate Meal
Services during FY 2026-27.
o Subrecipient will utilize Modernizing Older Californians Act (MOCA) funding to provide defined and contracted ENP
Congregate Meal during FY 2026-27.
o Subrecipient will utilize Nutrition Services Incentive Program (NSIP) funding to supplement food costs
associated with ENP Congregate Meals during FY 2026-
