In-Person: Complete a speaker request form located at the entrance of the Council Chamber and give it to the City Clerk. Your name will be called when it is your turn to speak.

Mayor Martinez called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.

1. Governance Role Training Session One
Recommendation: None. This is an informational item only.
Consultant Gerry Preciado presented the training. There were questions and comments.
The meeting was recessed at 4:13 p.m. for a 5-minute break. The meeting was reconvened at 4:18 p.m.
