Hello Georgianna,
Could you please add this email chain to the documents for the Public Hearing for 294 whitecap ct? This is the approval last September from my neighbor Christy Leverson sent to the Architectural chair Tony Montenaro.
It is Item 11 on today’s agenda.
Thank you and please call me if you have any questions.
Thank you!
Nanci Kohl

Chris and Christy,
Here is the revised application from Nanci
Kohl, for her proposed addition. I
believe she has addressed all questions that you and the Rifkinds had with the first proposal.
Gail and I both approve of this application. If you have any new concerns, please let me know.
I will be sending this to Sharene, also.
Regards,
Tony M.

Hello Tony –
Attached are Architectural drawings for a Proposed Addition 10 feet out onto the deck area from the current front wall. The application for approval is also attached. My architect and I have been working to be sure that the design of the addition is in keeping with the aesthetic of the other homes in the Anacapa View community. There will be the stucco fascia around the top of the addition in the similar size and look as other homes. The front of the addition will have sliding doors. The sides will have a low wall and then windows above the low wall. City Setbacks have been observed on both sides. The plan is to also replace the termite damaged wood siding with Hardie Plank in a color on the Approved list. The deck will be replaced also as it has termite and water damage. Also replacing the garage door with a more modern look. The drawing of the door is a mockup. I will request a separate approval for the door once it is chosen.
Please let me know if you have any questions as I know these drawings can sometimes be a bit difficult to interpret.
Thank you,
Nanci Kohl, Owner
