STUDY SESSION
1. Consideration for Establishing Water/ Recycled Water, Sewer and Solid Waste Rates Re: Review of the Water/Recycled Water, Sewer, and Solid Waste reports completed by City, Carollo Engineers, R3 Consulting Group; and provide direction on the alternatives and scenarios for implementing Proposition 218 notification for Water/Recycled Water, Sewer, and Solid Waste rate increases.
