Re: Consideration to purchase Veterans Day Run race shirts from Axiom Graphics at the price of $12.00 per unit.
2. License Agreement Extension- Comision Honorifica Mexicana Americana, Inc.
Re: Consideration to authorize the extension of the term of the License Agreement between the City of Portervile and Comision Honorifica Mexicana Americana, Inc. for use of the facility at 466 East Putnam Avenue for twenty-five (25) years, ending September 30, 2048.
3. License Agreement Renewal- Porterville Kiwanis Club
Re: Considering approval of the draft License Agreement renewal between the City of Porterville and the Porterville Kiwanis Club for $1.00 per year, for the lease of real property located at 450 N. Newcomb Street, Porterville, CA 93257.
4. Authorization of Street Closure - Porter Road
Re: Consideration of request from the Porterville Military Academy to close Porter Road on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM in support of a planned school event.

5. Approval of Community Civic Event - American Conservatory - Salute to the Troops Concert at the Mecca - November 11, 2023
Re: Consideration to approve the Community Civic Event Application from the American Conservatory to hold the "Salute to the Troops Concert at the Mecca" on November 11, 2023, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Sunday, November 12, 2023.

Re: Considering approval of the continuance of the Declaration of Local Emergency.
