• Brock Neeley, Porterville, provided the City Council with documentation obtained from the League of California Cities website, outlining the limited authority cities have over school regulations, which is restricted to zoning.

Council convened into Closed Session at 4:02 p.m., with Acting Chief Deputy City Clerk Fernando Gabriel-Moraga noting that no report was anticipated upon its conclusion.
