1. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 4:30 pm by Mayor Bill Powers.

Present: Mayor Bill Powers, Mayor Pro Tem Mikki Battaglia, Councilmember Jim Murphy, Councilmember Pat Morton, Councilmember Lauren Miller
Staff Present: City Manager Ryan Bonk, Finance Officer Susan Scarlett (Zoom), Administrative Services Manager Kristen Schiavone

3. Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT Analysis) Staff and council deliberated on a SWOT analysis of the city.
4. Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Annual Goals & Objectives Status Update City Manager Ryan Bonk presented status updates on completeness of the 2025-2026 goals and objectives.
5. Council & Staff Goal Setting
The staff and city council discussed items related to budget preparation for the for the next fiscal year. This discussion represents the initial goals and potential budget items for the next fiscal year. City Staff will begin reviewing each item listed for feasibility and potential inclusion in the draft budget for the fiscal year 2026-2027.
