1. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 3:09 pm by Mayor Bill Powers.

Present: Mayor Bill Powers, Mayor Pro Tem Mikki Battaglia, Councilmember Jim Murphy
Absent: Councilmember Lauren Miller
Staff Present: City Manager Ryan Bonk, Finance Officer Susan Scarlet, Director of Public Works Todd Roberts, Administrative Services Manager, Kristen Schiavone

2. Public Comments
No public comment.
3. Budget Workshop
Finance Officer Susan Scarlett provided an overview of the City's current budgetary positions.
Staff recommended no increase in the admission fee for the 2026 Pool season.
City Manager Bonk and Director of Public Works, Todd Roberts, reviewed information on nonbudgeted items.
Council took action and advised staff to move forward with the draft budget.
Councilmember Jim Murphy motioned to approve. Mayor Pro Tem Mikki Battaglia seconded the motion.
