MINUTES
1. CALL TO ORDER – Councilmembers Derwin, Richards, Wernikoff and Mayor Hughes were present. Councilmember Aalfs was absent.
2. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
There were no speakers during Oral Communications.
3. OPEN SESSION
a. Approve an Unconditional Commitment letter to Attorney Lawrence Jacobson in Response to His Letter of March 30, 2022.
Cara Silver, Town Attorney, presented the report.
The following members of the public spoke regarding the item:

M/S Wernikoff/Richards to approve an unconditional commitment letter to Attorney Lawrence Jacobson in response to his letter of March 30, 2022. Motion carried 4-0 by roll call vote with Councilmember Aalfs absent.
4. ADJOURNMENT – The meeting adjourned at 2:01 p.m
The next Regular Town Council meeting will be held on August 10, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.
