1. CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
Mayor Aalfs called the Special meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
Present: Councilmembers Judith Hasko, Mary Hufty, Craig Taylor, Vice Mayor Sarah Wernikoff and Mayor Jeff Aalfs
Absent: None
2. CLOSED SESSION
a. Closed Session Regarding Anticipated Litigation Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2), (e)(5)
Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2), (e)(1) and (e)(5): 1 Case
Govt. Code § 54956.9(d)(2): “[a] point has been reached where, in the opinion of the legislative body of the local agency on the advice of its legal counsel, based on existing facts and circumstances, there is a significant exposure to litigation against the local agency.”
3. ADJOURNMENT
