Mayor Aalfs called the Special Meeting to order at 4:02 p.m. Roll call was taken.
Present: Mayor Jeff Aalfs, Vice Mayor Sarah Wernikoff and Councilmembers Judith Hasko (attending remotely from London), Mary Hufty and Craig Taylor
Absent: None
Staff Present: Town Manager Jeremy Dennis, Town Attorney Cara Silver, Interim Assistant Town Manager Corie Stocker
