PORTOLA VALLEY TOWN COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES – MARCH 22, 2023
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Aalfs called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m. Roll call was taken.
Present: Councilmembers Judith Hasko, Mary Hufty, Craig Taylor, Vice Mayor Sarah Wernikoff and Mayor Jeff Aalfs
Absent: None
2. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
None.
3. CLOSED SESSION
At 6:03 p.m. Mayor Aalfs announced the Council would be convening into Closed Session to discuss the following:
a. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE – Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 Title: Appointment of Interim Town Manager
4. ADJOURNMENT
