Dear Town Council,
I'm concerned about the Town's ongoing engagement with PublicSafety4PVNow regarding a potential lawsuit. These negotiations began around 5/9/2023, and the Town Council recently approved an extension to 11/10/2023. That will be a full 6 months of secret negotiations.
Every resident in town should have equal access to discuss matters with the Town Council, and someone should not get special private access simply by threatening to sue the Town. Please bring transparency to the process by providing detailed updates to the public, and please put an end to these secret negotiations as soon as possible.

Can someone send us an explanation of the significant changes that are being proposed. I could not get online to see the proposed changes and when I did get to the site I couldn't really tell what was changing.

In full support of the evacuation plan as proposed and urge the PV Town Council to support the plan as currently envisioned but to consider expected upgrades as they develop. At this juncture, residents need to know an orderly evacuation plan has been submitted and under consideration and further development may be in order... but at this juncture it is essential and critical that a plan is in place and in need of full support from the PVTC.
