PORTOLA VALLEY TOWN COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES – OCTOBER 30, 2023
1. CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
Mayor Aalfs called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m. Assistant Town Manager Stocker called the Roll Call:
Present: Councilmembers Mary Hufty, Judith Hasko, Craig Taylor and Vice Mayor Sarah Wernikoff (arrived during Closed Session) and Mayor Jeff Aalfs
Absent: None
Others: Town Manager Sharif Etman, Assistant Town Manager Corie Stocker, Town Attorney Catherine Engberg
2. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
None.
3. CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Aalfs convened the Closed Session at 5:04 p.m. to discuss the following:
a. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION (Govt. Code section 54957) Town Manager Sharif Etman
4. ADJOURNMENT
