1. CALL TO ORDER – 7 p.m.
Present: Councilmembers Jeff Aalfs, Mary Hufty, and Craig Taylor, Vice Mayor Hasko and Mayor Wernikoff
Absent: None
Others: Town Manager Sharif Etman, Town Attorney Catherine Engberg, Kari Chinn, Acting Town Clerk

Carmen Letona Adams from the San Mateo County Library presented the Annual Report FY 22/23

Motion Councilmember Aalfs, seconded Councilmember Hufty. The motion passed unanimously by roll call vote.

c. Accept Request from Open Space Committee to Update Regular Meeting Time d. Accept Recommendation from Open Space Committee to Appoint New Member

a. Adopt an Updated Electronic Communications Policy

Amendments were discussed to the Communications Policy.
Motion Councilmember Taylor as amended, Seconded Councilmember Aalfs to adopt Resolution 2941-2024, Approving an Updated Electronic Communications Policy, as amended during the discussion.
The motion passed unanimously by roll call vote.
b. Discuss and Adopt the Proposed Code of Ethics and Values Policy The following spoke during public comment:

Amendments were discussed to the Code of Ethics and Values Policies Motion by Mayor Wernikoff as amended, seconded Vice Mayor Hasko.
The motion passed unanimously by roll call vote.
