PORTOLA VALLEY TOWN COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES – SEPTEMBER 19, 2024
1. CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
Mayor Wernikoff called the meeting to order at 2:35 p.m. Assistant Town Manager Stocker called the Roll Call:
Present: Councilmembers Jeff Aalfs, Mary Hufty, Craig Taylor and Vice Mayor Judith Hasko and Mayor Sarah Wernikoff
Absent: None.
Others: Assistant Town Manager Corie Stocker, Town Attorney Catherine Engberg
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
3. CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Wernikoff convened the Closed Session at 2:36 p.m. to discuss the following:
a. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION (Govt. Code section 54957) Town Manager Sharif Etman
b. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT/EXTENSION/SEPARATION (Govt. Code section 54957) Title: Town Manager
c. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS (Govt. Code section 54957.6) Agency designated representative: Catherine Engberg, Town Attorney Title: Town Manager
4. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Wernikoff reconvened the Special Meeting at approximately 4:15 p.m. and adjourned.
