PORTOLA VALLEY TOWN COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES – NOVEMBER 13, 2024 Mayor Wernikoff called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m. Town Attorney Engberg announced that Councilmember Hufty would be participating remotely from 177 Hobcaw Road, Georgetown, South Carolina, 29440 and asked several questions to establish proper procedures for participating remotely.
1. CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
Interim Town Manager Stocker-Pedalino called the roll call.
Present: Councilmembers Jeff Aalfs, Mary Hufty, Craig Taylor, Vice Mayor Judith Hasko and Mayor Sarah Wernikoff
Absent: None
Others: Interim Town Manager Corie Stocker-Pedalino, Town Attorney Catherine Engberg

3. CLOSED SESSION
a. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION (Govt. Code section 54957) Title:
Town Attorney Catherine Engberg
At 6:03 p.m., the Council convened a Closed Session to conduct an annual evaluation of Town Attorney Catherine Engberg. The Special Meeting reconvened into open session at 6:54 p.m. No action was taken in Closed Session.
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
