PORTOLA VALLEY TOWN COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES - DECEMBER 13, 2024
1. CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
Mayor Hasko called the meeting to order at 10:02 a.m. Administrative Analyst Elizabeth Martelli took the roll call.
Present: Councilmembers Rebecca Flynn, Mary Hufty, Helen Wolter, Vice Mayor Craig Taylor and Mayor Judith Hasko
Absent: None
Others: Administrative Analyst, Elizabeth Martelli
2. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FOR ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA
None.
3. CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Hasko announced the Town Council would meet in Closed Session and that no action was anticipated during or after the meeting. The appointment of an Interim Town Manager would be scheduled for action on January 8, 2025. At 10:04 a.m. the Closed Session commenced.
a. Public Employment (Govt. Code Section 54957)
Title: Interviews for Interim Town Manager
b. Conference with Labor Negotiator (Govt. Code Section 54957.6) Conference with Town's designated representative, Carol Jacobs, Baker Tilly, to provide instructions regarding negotiations related to the unrepresented Interim Town Manager position.
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at approximately 2:30 p.m.
