PORTOLA VALLEY TOWN COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES – MARCH 26, 2025
1. CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
Mayor Hasko called the meeting to order at 6:04 p.m. Roll call was taken by the Clerk.
Present: Councilmembers Rebecca Flynn (Arrived 6:39 p.m.), Mary Hufty, Helen Wolter, Vice Mayor Craig Taylor and Mayor Judith Hasko
Absent: None.
Others: Interim Town Manager Mark Linder, Assistant Town Manager Corie StockerPedalino, Town Attorney Catherine Engberg, Finance Director, Anthony McFarlane, Interim Planning and Building Director Terrence Grindall, Clerk Consultant Christine Boland
2. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FOR ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA – None.
3. STUDY SESSION
a. Discuss and update of Town Council Priorities
Councilmembers discussed the five Town Council Priorities:
• Financial Responsibility and Long-term Viability
• Safety
• Responsible Land Use
• Operational Efficiency and Effectiveness
• Environmental Sustainability
Mayor Hasko invited public comment:

• Rita Comes
The Council recessed the Special meeting at 6:55 p.m. and reconvened the meeting at 8:14 p.m. Discussion continued. No action was taken on the priorities.
4. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Hasko adjourned the meeting at 9:23 p.m.
