PORTOLA VALLEY TOWN COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES – APRIL 30, 2025
1. CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
Mayor Hasko called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. Roll call was taken.
Present: Councilmembers Rebecca Flynn, Mary Hufty, Helen Wolter, Vice Mayor Craig Taylor and Mayor Judith Hasko
Absent: None
Others: Interim Town Manager Mark Linder, Assistant Town Manager Corie StockerPedalino, Finance Director Anthony McFarlane
2. STUDY SESSION
a. Discussion of developing the FY 2025-2026 Operating Budget - Expenses.
Finance Director McFarlane provided an informational presentation on Town expenses.
Mayor Hasko invited public comment:

3. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Hasko adjourned the meeting at 5:30 p.m.
