PORTOLA VALLEY TOWN COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES – JUNE 25, 2025
1. CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
Mayor Hasko called the meeting to order at 5:03 p.m.
Present: Councilmembers Rebecca Flynn, Mary Hufty, Helen Wolter, Vice Mayor Craig Taylor and Mayor Judith Hasko
Absent: None
Others: Interim Town Manager Mark Linder, Town Attorney Catherine Engberg, Town Clerk Veronica Dao, Wendi Brown, of Wendi Brown Creative Partners Town Attorney Engberg confirmed remote attendance for Councilmember Rebecca Flynn participating from 27 Boulevard du Jeu de Paume, Montpellier, Occitanie 34000, France.
2. CLOSED SESSION
a. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE – Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 Title: Town Manager
Conference with Labor Negotiator (Govt. Code Section 54957.6) Conference with Town’s designated representative, Wendi Brown, to provide instructions regarding negotiations related to the unrepresented Town Manager position.
Mayor Hasko invited public comment on the agenda item. None was received.
The Council convened into Closed Session at 5:06 p.m. to discuss instructions regarding negotiations related to the Town Manager position.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Hasko adjourned the meeting at approximately 6:55 p.m. ________________________ ______________________
