-Amends limit for public works projects from $5,000 to CUPCCAA thresholds $200,000).

Formal Bidding Procedures
-Extends formal bid limit for services, supplies and equipment to $60,000; and -Amends limit for public works projects from $5,000 to CUPCCAA thresholds.

Cooperative Purchasing
-Amends cooperative purchasing to include public agencies outside the State; and
-Provides for direct contract purchases made by public agencies within the State (“piggybacking”).
