Re‐Landscape
(Adobe Ridge, Silver Ridge, Ted Williams)
• Remove trees and hydroseed
• Low fuel seed mix
• Mostly native species
• Mixture of annual plants that grow close to the ground • Permanent irrigation not required
Transfer ownership or Lease
(Adobe Ridge, Silver Ridge)
• Identify potential entities interested in ownership or lease • Transfers maintenance obligation
• The groves may be maintained or removed
• Reuse of site most comply with property’s zoning and underlying easement restrictions Minipark
(Adobe Ridge, Silver Ridge)
• Remove trees and provide or expand a neighborhood minipark • Miniparks are local serving and have limited amenities • Amenities may include: playground equipment, hardcourt, picnic tables, turf area, shade structures, walking paths, bmx/skate ramps, community gardens

Residential Development
(Adobe Ridge, Silver Ridge)
• Remove trees to utilize the sites for residential development • Both of these sites have underlying easements/land use designations that would need to be removed prior to development of housing
• Adobe Ridge is encumbered by a SDGE easement that would need vacated: the five lots on which the grove Is planted could yield one residence on each lot • The two parcels that the Silver Ridge Grove is planted on are designated open space.

Each parcel would be limited to one residence on each lot. • An increase in density of the Silver Ridge parcels will require a Prop FF vote • Any housing development will be required to meet the requirements of the underlying zoning
Status Quo

• Leave Groves as they exist
• Ongoing grove maintenance and irrigation costs
• Approval of new grove maintenance contract required
Hybrid Option
(Adobe Ridge, Silver Ridge, Ted Williams)
