The Special Meeting Agenda is posted 24 hours prior to the start of the City Council meeting and is available for viewing on the City's website at www.poway.org . Sign up at www.poway.org to receive email notifications when City Council agendas are published online.
Speakers I Public comment is restricted to only items listed on the Special Meeting agenda. All comments will be limited to three (3) minutes. Comments submitted via email will be accepted until 1 :00 p.m. of the meeting date and distributed to the City Council as well as be made available on line after the meeting.

City Attorney Fenstermacher reported: By a 4-0 vote, the City Council authorized the City Manager to execute the Joint Use Agreement with the Poway Unified School District for the Poway Center for the Performing Arts, as revised by the PUSD Board of Education at their October 13, 2022 public meeting.
