Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 22-0005, a Request to modify a CUP for Granite Construction's aggregate operation located at 10975 Beeler Canyon Road and making the determination that the project is within the scope of the previously certified Environmental Impact Report (SCH# 89010025) for the project Following advertisement of the public hearing on 3/21/2023 for CUP 22-0005, staff determined and the applicant agreed that it was necessary to continue the public hearing to the April 4, 2023 City Council meeting.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended the City Council continue the public hearing on CUP 22-0005 to the April 4, 2023 City Council meeting.

Not applicable since the item is being continued.

Public Notification:
The public hearing for CUP 22-0005 was properly advertised for March 21, 2023. Since the public hearing is being continued to a date certain, April 4, 2023, the public hearing will not be 1 of 2

re-advertised.
