NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Poway will hold a Public Hearing to consider the following item: Variance (VAR) 20-002/Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 20-006/Minor Development Review (MDRA) 20-017; a request to construct and operate a wireless communication facility (WCF) in the Creekside Plaza shopping center located at 13573 Poway Road, in the Commercial General (CG) district of the Poway Road Specific Plan (PRSP). The WCF consists of 12 antennas and 12 remote radio units that would be concealed inside a proposed 44-foot-high tower extension on a commercial building at the southeast corner of the shopping center. The maximum building height in the CG district is 35 feet.

If you wish to express concerns in favor or against the above, you may appear in person at the above-described meeting or submit your concerns in writing to the City Clerk, City of Poway. If you challenge the matter in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council at, or prior to, the public hearing. Only comments submitted by 3:00 p.m. the day before the meeting will be distributed in an Additional Materials Report and posted on the website prior to the City Council meeting.
