Concerning item 4:
If you adopt this resolution I think you should drop the part that says for street purposes.
Concerning item 5;
I see that many of the provisions that you set forth have been broken. Since there have been changes to Midland rd since your initial approval (a pedestrian death) I ask you to do a more thorough and current traffic study.
I also hope you will instruct the city manager to make sure city departments and staff are doing a better job enforcing the current provisions.
