• The Advisory Group was established in 2018
• Residents of LMD 83-1 and 86-1
• Purpose:
• Provide recommendations on landscape improvements and re- engineering strategies
• Promote resident concerns and educate the community on the financial condition of the Districts
Landscape Master Plan (LMP) Update
• 2019 – LMP authorized for LMDs 83-1 and 86-1

Hazardous Mitigation Grant Project Update
• Estimated Project Cost: $1,901,866
• Project Area
• Twin Peaks Road (Pomerado to Midland Roads)
• Espola Road (Valle Verde Road to Titan Way)
• Open space within Green Valley subdivision
• Project Timeline and Status:
• Phase 1 completed in April 2022
• Await approval for Phase 2
• Cal OES, FEMA, city staff completed site visit surveys in March 2023 • With approval of Phase 2, commence tree removal and trimming
City Staff and LMD Advisory Group Recommendations
• Adopt the Resolution to approve the Twin Peaks Road and Espola Road Landscape Master Plan
• Provide direction to commence the re-engineering process for LMDs 83-1 and 86-1, and the Advisory Group’s proposal to renovate two LMD entrances in the Fall of 2023
