CITY COUNCIL
Variance (VAR) 23-0001 and Minor Development Review Application (MDRA) 23- 0018, a request to construct a single-family residence and to allow the structure to observe a reduced front yard setback on a vacant lot located at 15157 Huntington Court and determination the project is exempt from CEQA review pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15303 and 15305
Following the advertisement of the public hearing on February 20, 2024, for VAR 23-0001/MDRA23- 0018, the Applicant requested the item be continued to a future City Council meeting. At this point there is not a new date scheduled for the public hearing. The public hearing will be readvertised once a new City Council date is determined.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended the City Council continue the public hearing for VAR23-0001/MDRA23-0018 to a date uncertain.

Not applicable because the item is being continued.

Public Notification:
