PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Poway will hold a Public Hearing to consider the following item: Conditional Use Permit 20-006/Minor Development Review Application 20-017, a request to construct and operate a wireless communication facility in the Creekside Plaza shopping center located at 13573 Poway Road, within the Commercial General district of the Poway Road Specific Plan.
The project is Categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), as a Class 3 Categorical Exemption, pursuant to Section 15303(d) of the CEQA Guidelines, which exempts new construction and conversion of small structures. This project involves the installation of a small new telecommunications facility which will provide a utility extension to serve the surrounding area.
